ONLINE REGISTRATION
In order to register your company to become an approved bidder with our university, please make sure to read ALL of the following information.

An approved registration does not automatically ensure you will receive a bid request. |

Availability of Documents: All State Universities in Illinois publish their competitive bid/RFP and other procurement notices, as well as award information on the Procurement Bulletin. Suppliers intending to respond to any posted requirement are encouraged to visit that site to insure that they have received a complete and current set of documents. Some notices may provide a downloadable copy of the pertinent procurement documents, as well as any amendments to those documents. Any supplier receiving a copy of procurement documents from a bid referral service and/or other third party is solely responsible for insuring that they have received all necessary procurement documentation, including amendments. Interested suppliers should note that the State Universities in Illinois do not charge any fees (except any required surety documents) to obtain a copy of or respond to documents posted for competitive solicitation. The issuing University is not responsible for insuring that all or any procurement documentation is received by a supplier that is not appropriately registered with the issuing University.

In order to be awarded a bid you must have a current Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) Number. If you do not have a number, please see below.

Application must be completed and mailed to the address listed at the top of the page and NOT to our department.

If your IDHR # is 89999-00-0 or lower, you will need to re-register.
|
| • |
All persons (or firms) employing 14 or fewer individuals at any time during the past 365 days are exempt from the IDHR requirement. International companies are also exempt. |

Failure to respond to 3 (three) bids will result in an automatic removal of your application from our vendor database. |

Per State of Illinois requirement, a completed W-9 (most current version) must be on file from all vendors and individuals before payment can be made.

If you can provide Professional & Artistic Services you will need to fill out the application manually. At this time, we are unable to accept the online version of this application for these services. |
