Course Objectives:
PLSS 238. 2 hours. Home Gardening.
1.
Understand basic home gardening techniques
including composting, mulching, propagation, pest control, etc.
2.
Recognize some of the more commonly grown
flowers, herbs, and vegetables.
3.
Acquire useful knowledge about flowers,
herbs, vegetables and fruit commonly grown in gardens.
Prerequisites: There
are no formal prerequisites.
Attendance: No attendance policy, but without
regular, punctual attendance, you should not expect to obtain a good grade
in this course.

Your grade will be determined based on the following:
2 exams (20 % each) - 40%
Comprehensive Final (20 %) -
20%
Homework (10 % each) - 30%
