Your exemption from withholding taxes will expire on February 15, 2008, unless you complete a new W-4 form claiming EXEMPT for the period from February 16, 2008 to February 15, 2009. To claim EXEMPT you must complete line 7 on the W-4 by entering the year to Exempt and by selecting or entering Exempt from the drop down menu. Please complete, sign, and date both areas of the W-4 form and return it to the Payroll Office by February 1, 2008.

NOTE: Taxes deducted from the March 1, 2008 payroll check, will not be refunded.
