Wednesdays) at 6:00 p.m. in the Dean's Conference Room (E0101). From time to time free
refreshments will be served, so feel free to bring friends.

Our current layout is not our main concern, but what we
need are volunteers who can either; help to post weekly updates
and pictures, or volunteers who know how to create a new
up-to-date website to be launched for next semester. If you want

Adopt a Spot (DC) NSBE
has adopted a spot where we will keep it clean and beautify
Southern Illinois. (This Saturday 8:00am / We will meet at the
Engineering Building

Basketball Game concession stand--last concession stand.
This is a wonderful opportunity to earn points for nationals. The
game starts at 2 but we need 12 volunteers to come at least at
twelve. Contact Joe

Hotdog sale – We are thinking of running one more hotdog
sale for next week. ( We need volunteers for 11pm)

The Coloring Contest (DC)
The
coloring contest was held at Lewis School and it was a nice
turnout.

Assistance for Nationals

The
cost for nationals is $ 95.00 and after January the price will go
up to $135.00.
(Must be a paid member regional + national See DC) If you need
assistance The
McNair Scholars program is giving out grants. Requirements are:
2.7 grade point average, a letter of recommendation from a
faculty member and submit a one page paper on your experience
regarding the trip. Option
2: Become a Senator (E- Board Elections) The cost is $ 75.00
