Band Day

This year's game will be an afternoon kick-off at 2:00 P.M. The event will begin with a morning rehearsal in the McAndrew Stadium and will include performing the National Anthem during halftime with the massed band. As part of this event, each performing member, directors, and one chaperone for every ten students will enjoy an exciting afternoon of Saluki Football. Additional tickets will be available for purchase at a group rate. Please contact the University Bands/ Orchestra Office at (618) 453–2776.
We look forward to another outstanding Band Day this year! Last year was a great success and this year proves to be an even better experience for all invoved.
Our goal is to get 1,200 performing members on the field of McAndrew Stadium!
Band Day is a home football game where high school and middle school students from marching bands across Illinois, Kentucky, and Missouri come to perform pre-game and halftime on the field with the Marching Salukis!
