Community College Construction Trades A.A.S. Degree Transfer Guides
The Next Step is Yours ..…
Community colleges throughout Illinois have developed programs that also integrate union apprenticeship training and general studies coursework into an Associate in Applied Science degrees (AAS). An AAS degree can be transferred to SIUC to create a very efficient 2+2 baccalaureate degree path.
Graduates of AAS degree programs may qualify for SIUC’s Capstone option, which reduces the University Core Curriculum (UCC) general eduation requirements from 41 to 30 hours, allowing most transfer students to complete the dgree requirements in 60 credit hours.
To learn more about AAS degree transfer requirements and program outlines, click on the Community College in your area. For those Community Colleges listed below that presently do not have an active transfer guide link, visit our LIUNA Affiliated Community College web page to learn more about AAS programs and contact information.
