- U.S. citizens and permanent residents can obtain a Student Employment Referral through their SalukiNet account.
- International Students can obtain a Student Employment Referral at the International Students and Scholars Office.
- Hiring departments will complete the I-9 form with the student.
- All students must complete Ethics Training for Student Employees. Students are expected to read the training document and print and complete the signature page.
The following Student Employment hiring forms, in addition to the Student Employment Referral, I-9 and Ethics Training, should be printed and completed by the student once employment has been secured.
U.S. citizens & permanent residents should bring these forms to the Financial Aid Office. International students will take their forms to the Resident Tax Specialist at the NW Annex, Bldg. B, Rm. 127
