Student Academic Grievance Procedures
Students must submit an application for graduation in the semester before they graduate.
They must meet the published application deadline for the semester.
Currently, the graduation application fee is $25.00. A graduation ceremony is
held in Carbondale at the conclusion of each semester; spring, summer, and fall.
One ceremony is held in San Diego each year, usually in June.

Office of Military Programs:
The Undergraduate Catalog addresses issues of interest to campus students (traditional and non-traditional), but does not address all issues concerning military and off-campus program students (traditional and non-traditional). This catalog supplement addresses concerns of Southern Illinois University Carbondale programs at military bases and several non-military sites in the United States.

Students may choose where to purchase their textbooks. Textbook lists and ordering information will be provided for students.
Textbooks are available through MBS Direct. Students should obtain a new textbook list each semester as the textbook list is
subject to change

Student Records:
Students may access their academic and financial records using Salukinet. When you log into Salukinet, https://salukinet.siu.edu/ you will be required to use your Student ID (DAWG Tag) and your PIN. You received your DAWG TAG and your PIN with your acceptance letter to the university. If you have lost or forgotten your PIN there is an on-line help link on Salukinet.
