Base Access: Please be sure to have your Military ID or a driver’s license, registration
and proof of insurance in order to have access to the Naval Medical facility.

Directions:

Balboa Hospital is located near downtown San Diego, where it is surrounded by fine attractions such as Balboa Park, the world famous San Diego Zoo, and the Gaslamp District. We are also in close proximity to National City 32nd Street Naval Base. North or South of I-5 you would take Pershing
Avenue exit and bear RIGHT. Follow Pershing to the first traffic light, Florida Drive and turn
LEFT. Follow Florida and take a LEFT at the first light, Bob Wilson Drive. Go through the
main gate stay straight. Building 26 is right in front of you. Parking is towards the right.
