Welcome to the SIUC Off-Campus location at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to make reservations for you; therefore, the telephone numbers to the hotels in the area as follows:

Each hotel is close to our location and has equivalent rates for the Bethesda area. The tax rate is 12% .

For your convenience, the directions to the National Naval Medical Center and your classroom are as follows:

The SIU classrooms have been moved to Building 11 and are located in the basement.
Instructors and students should enter through the main gate (South Gate), then bear right after you pass through the gate. Then bear left to the drive by the main hospital ER (Bldg 10) and the parking garages. The SIU office and classrooms are located in the basement Building 11 (up a little hill straight across from the intersection past the parking garages.)

There are two sections of HCM classes and each class has a student liaison that will be available to assist you each weekend. It is their responsibility to insure that the classroom is unlocked, secured, and cleaned-up each day and to provide any assistance that you may need. Ask them to help you! The SIUC office has classroom equipment, if needed: please let us know two weeks in advance for any equipment that you may need.
