The Anthropologist gets stung. Here I am "participant-observing" with Yiannis Gavalas, who is one of Kalymnos' bee-keepers. He produces a sublime thyme honey, which was a staple along with yoghurt at breakfasttime (kafartisma, in Kalymnian dialect).
