Before November 20:

1. Ensure PC meets the minimum desktop requirements.
2. Change favorites/bookmark to the main AIS production web page.
3. Check the security settings in your preferred browser.
4. Upgrade to or install JInitiator 1.3.1.21
5. Complete the recommended 11i training.
6. Review the new password standards.
7. If you use Golden software, verify that:
   • you are running Version 5.7 Build 444 - October 6, 2005 or higher. If not, please follow the Upgrading Golden instructions
   • you have changed your database password in AIS since November 1, 2006. If not, please follow the Changing Your Database Password instructions.
8. If you upload data using ADI, verify your PC settings.

Week of November 20:

1. The last day users can login to the "old" AIS is November 21. Be sure to save your report output to your PC on that day.
2. Cancel all your "scheduled" requests (You will need to reschedule them when AIS becomes available on Monday, November 27)

Monday, November 27:

1. If you have an RPT user id, update your tnsnames file.
2. Log into the "new" AIS
3. Reschedule any cancelled requests.
