1. Click here to begin the installation process.
2. A window will appear asking if you want to run or save the file. Click on the Save button.
3. Select Desktop as the location to "Save In"
• Note: Firefox and Netscape may not ask where you want to save the file, but instead downloads the file to your default location.
4. When the program has downloaded, go to your desktop and double-click the oajinit icon.
5. You may be asked if you want to run this program. Click Run. This will start the installation of JInitiator.
6. Follow the installation steps by accepting the defaults. Once complete, you will need to exit all browser sessions and open a new browser session.
7. When viewing the forms for the first time, the JInitiator Security Warning window will appear. Click Grant always.

1. This is my first time I have tried to go to the forms and it appears the JInitiator is hanging.

• The certificate needs to be accepted. Sometime the certificate goes to the back of the desktop.

• In that case, press Alt+Tab to force the certificate to appear and click Grant Always.

2. The JInitiator Security Warning window keeps appearing. How do I make it go away?

•  Make sure you click on the Grant Always button and not the Grant this Session button.
