Welcome to African Studies at SIUC!
African
Studies is an interdisciplinary minor in the College
of Liberal Arts with courses in Anthropology, Art and Design,
Black American Studies, English, History, Linguistics and Political
Science. The African Studies faculty is committed bringing the
full range of African experience to the classroom. We also sponsor extra-curricular events related to African
culture.
