Assistant/Associate Professor
Marketing Department

Position: Marketing Department;
Tenure-Track Assistant or Associate Professor
Qualifications: We are seeking an individual who has earned a Doctorate
in marketing or related field at the effective date of employment, 8/16/09.
Candidates are expected to complete all requirements for the Ph.D. before the
date of appointment. If
all requirements have not been completed, a one-year term appointment at the
rank of Instructor and at a lower salary will be offered. Methodology, sales
and/or advertising specialties are required. The individual should be strongly
committed to quality
scholarly research and teaching with a research record including acceptances or
publications in top tier journals such as: Journal of Marketing, Journal of the
Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Advertising and other similarly ranked
journals.
Duties: Teaching marketing undergraduate/graduate level courses as well
as having an active program of research and publication, effective teaching
skills, and appropriate service to the Department, College, University &
profession.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Starting Date: Preferred date of August 16, 2009.
