School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies
Title of Position/Rank: Lecturer(s) in the School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies
Qualifications: Master's degree in
disciplines related to information systems, computer science, management, or
related area and experience appropriate to teaching assignment. Post-secondary
teaching, online course development and delivery, and/or industry experience is
preferred.
Responsibilities: To teach online and/or on campus undergraduate course(s)
in Information Systems Technologies and/or Technical Resource Management.
Subjects include, but are not limited to, ISAT 229-Computing for Business, ISAT
366-Applications of Technical Writing, IST 405-Installation and Configuration of
Internet Services, TRM 332-Labor Management Relations, TRM 362-Legal Aspects of
Technical Management. Responsibilities also include maintaining appropriate
office hours and assisting students with program-related problems, attending
school meetings, and engaging in other assignments as determined by the Director
of the School.
Effective Date of Appointment: August 16, 2008/Fall Semester
