| Founded in 1901, Dominican University is a beautiful campus conveniently located in a residential community in the Chicago

and World Report¡¨, which evaluates 1400 American universities annually.Dominican University is accredited by the North Central
Association and has six major academic units. These are the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Business, the School of
Education, the Graduate School of Library & Information Sciences, the Graduate School of Social Work and the Institute for Adult
Learning.The university enjoys a century-long tradition of academic excellence, where students and faculty can dedicate themselves

TOEFL Scores and ESL Programs (English as a Second Language)
TOEFL:
Yes, TOEFL is required for admission. The Brennan School of Business also accepts the IELTS score. Minimum for TOEFL is 213; Minimum for IELTS is 6.0.
If a student successfully completes Level 112 at the English Language Center, the TOEFL requirement is waived.
ESL:
Dominican University has an English Language Center on campus.
