Nomination Criteria and Procedures |

Criteria• Demonstrated achievement in the workplace or within the community.• Commitment to service to the community and to improving the community in which she lives and/or the quality of life for others within the community • Evidence of socially responsible, ethical, and outstanding leadership either in specific positions of responsibility or while engaged in service activities |

Submitting Nominations• Complete the Inspiring Women nomination form describing the nominee’s qualifications and your reasons for making the nomination. The nomination form is available online at nomination form or from the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, Mailcode 4308, SIUC, 1265 Lincoln Drive, Carbondale, IL 62901-4308.• Resumes, curriculum vitae, up to 3 letters of commendation and 3 newspaper articles, list of activities, and other pertinent material may also be submitted, but are not required. • The full nomination packet must be received by June 30, 2008. |
