CRAB ORCHARD REVIEW will not be considering any new submissions again until February 2008.
At that time, we will begin to consider work for our next general issue.The submission postmark period for this issue is February 1, 2008 through April 30, 2008. We will not begin accepting work for the issue until after the end of April, but we will be reading throughout the submission period and returning work when one of our three main editors has decided that it is not moving forward to our final group of work in that genre remaining under consideration for the issue. All work submitted to CRAB ORCHARD REVIEW is read by one of our three main editors. Since this approach--the policy of no editorial interns or assistant editors rejecting work that has not been seen by either the editor-in-chief and poetry editor, the prose editor, or the managing editor--can be time-consuming, CRAB ORCHARD REVIEW welcomes simultaneous submissions for all of our issues. Thank you for your interest in this issue and for following these guidelines regarding the submission period.
