Dr. T. F. Riggar is a Professor in the Rehabilitation Administration and Services Program at the Rehabilitation Institute, Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He earned a doctorate in Education - Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado (1977). Dr. Riggar has authored, co-authored, edited or co-edited over 14 books and over 80 articles in peer-reviewed professional periodicals. Dr. Riggar has served on the Editorial Advisory Boards of over a half-dozen professional journals in rehabilitation, and specializes in administration and supervision and human service personnel management.
