Before registering your company online, please make sure that you have the following information available.

Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)

Current Illinois Department of Human Rights Number (IDHR#)
with expiration date

- If your IDHR # is 89999-00-0 or lower, you will need to re-register
|
|
- All persons (or firms) employing 14 or fewer individuals at any time during the past 365 days are exempt from the IDHR requirement. International companies are also exempt.
